Step 1: Confirm the Shipping Quotation
Once both parties confirm the shipping quotation, the shipment can be arranged. The door-to-door sea freight rate (including upstairs delivery) is 95 SGD per cubic meter (CBM), with a maximum weight limit of 500 kg per CBM. Under normal circumstances, cargo will be delivered to Singapore in approximately 10 days after container loading. Singapore’s 9% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is not included in the shipping cost and, if applicable, will be paid by the consignee. In the event of customs inspections, typhoons, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances, the vessel schedule may be delayed by approximately 2–3 days.
Step 2: Purchase Your Goods and Ship Them to Our Warehouse
You may purchase your products from Taobao or any other online shopping platform and use our Guangzhou warehouse address as the delivery address. Goods purchased from different suppliers will be delivered separately by courier or domestic logistics companies to our warehouse. Upon arrival, we will receive, inspect, and store your cargo until all shipments have arrived before arranging international sea freight.
Step 3: Register the Tracking Numbers and Arrange Container Loading
We will provide you with a Cargo List Form. Please record the tracking number for each parcel purchased from different suppliers and send the completed form to us. We will verify that all shipments have arrived at our warehouse before confirming with you and arranging container booking and loading.
Small parcels can be consolidated and packed together free of charge, helping you reduce shipping costs. Please note that fragile items are not covered for damage during international sea freight unless transportation insurance has been purchased. If you choose not to purchase insurance, we strongly recommend using wooden crates or wooden frame packaging to provide additional protection and minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Step 4: Submit the Packing List
At least two days before container loading, please submit the Packing List to us (a template will be provided by DJCARGO). Please ensure that all information, including the product description, quantity, declared value, consignee’s name, contact number, and delivery address, is accurate and complete. The packing list will be used for China export customs declaration, Singapore import customs clearance, GST (Goods and Services Tax) calculation, and final delivery, so it is important that all information is true and correct.
Step 5: Pay the Shipping Charges
Once your cargo has been scheduled for container loading, please confirm your preferred payment method. You may choose either prepaid or freight collect.
- Prepaid: Please settle the shipping charges within three days after container loading. If payment is not received on time and this results in delivery delays, DJCARGO will not be responsible for any related consequences.
- Freight Collect: Shipping charges can be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD) upon arrival in Singapore.
Step 6: Sea Freight Transit and Delivery
Our regular sea freight service to Singapore departs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. After container loading, the shipment typically requires 2 days for China export customs clearance, 5 days of ocean transit, 1 day for Singapore customs clearance, and 2–3 days for container collection and final delivery. Under normal circumstances, the total transit time is approximately 10 days from container loading to delivery.
Please note that customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delays to the sailing schedule and delivery time.
Step 7: Cargo Delivery and Inspection
Upon arrival in Singapore, any applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) should be paid directly to the delivery driver or to our Singapore office.
When receiving your shipment, please carefully inspect the number of packages, the condition of the outer packaging, and the overall condition of the cargo before signing for delivery. Ensure that the shipment matches your shipping documents and check for any signs of damage, compression, or water exposure.
If you discover any discrepancies in the number of packages or any damage to the packaging or cargo, please refuse delivery, take clear photographs as evidence, and contact DJCARGO immediately. We will promptly coordinate with the shipping line, insurance company, or the relevant parties to resolve the issue and protect your interests.

We provide free cargo receiving services for goods purchased from Taobao, 1688, and other Chinese e-commerce platforms. We also offer free shipping label application and can advance payment for domestic courier or trucking charges. These domestic shipping costs can be settled together with your international freight charges upon delivery.
